]]>But in April, my life completely fell apart.
I questioned everything about what I thought I knew about, well, everything.
And the last thing I wanted to do was talk about it or share it with others. Sometimes, I can be really bad about that.
And just when I thought I was going to be okay, it fell apart again. And again, and again. As a matter of fact, I’m still reeling.
But I’ve been working on a book about manifestation, and as a matter of fact it is very close to being ready.
I also suffered loss. And loss after loss.
I handle/ own my own cat sanctuary, all on my own out of my own pocket to help our neighborhood cats that can’t find homes and have no other choice. We suffered some predator attacks. After thinking we had it all under control, it happened again. One of those deaths was the death of a 20-year-old cat who was feral until just a few years ago. She still went feral if you tried putting her inside, and she would not go to anyone but my husband or me. But, over the years, she learned to trust us. They have their safe spots, barns and buildings, but she loved being outside.
And I felt like I had failed her completely.
Along with an indoor cat who very suddenly and unexpectedly died after being rushed to an emergency hospital for uncontrollable seizures. And then, my aunt died. Young, only 7 years older than me and more like a sister.
I share some of this my book.
Let me tell you, in the deep dark stages of grief when you question everything and you start searching for answers, it may not be the best time to share yourself with others. Or at least it didn’t feel like it was to me.
And sometimes, those answers don’t come. Sometimes there comes a time you stop searching and have to start living, day by day, moment by moment.
I had to ask myself those 3 most important questions. And sometimes, I still didn’t have answers to those questions. All I thought was: There are no guarantees in life. What if manifestation is a bunch of woo-woo? Or what if my fears and uncertainties cause a lot of bad but certainly no good? Good certainly wasn’t happening for me. How can I possibly help others? I can barely get my own life figured out.
Thank you, Hal Elrod, for putting some of those journaling prompts into perspective for me so I can at least get it down on paper and out of my body. Because boy was my body feeling it.
Let me be clear: I don’t believe manifestation is some simple secret formula where you just think, believe, and feel something strongly enough, and it magically appears in your life. It’s far from a linear path, and it’s a deeply personal journey for each individual.
However, within this intricate journey, there are fundamental principles, akin to the laws of the universe, that can guide us. Among the many facets, two major hurdles are often limiting beliefs and fears. Manifestation isn’t solely about wishing for something and watching it materialize. It’s about aligning your thoughts, energies, emotions, beliefs, and actions to become the best version of yourself and live your most fulfilling life.
That’s my goal with this blog, my coaching business, and my products. To help others with this alignment and this mindset.
But I definitely wasn’t living that path.
And I knew, little by little, life is short and it was time to do what I can to help others. Because we may not be promised tomorrow, but we are promised the moment we are in right now because we are in it.
And we shouldn’t let anything hold us back. Fears, lack of confidence, limiting beliefs, or even perceived lack of knowledge.
And I’ve done that for too long. I have written books, pieces of books. Workbooks and journals and even a quick course that I wanted to use to help others. And I kept being held back because of fear.
And when I say kept holding back I mean years and years and years of creating these things and holding myself back.
Fear of what? I didn’t even know. Judgment? Ridicule? Shame even? I’m not really sure, as I didn’t really feel these things. I am introverted and have a fear of being seen. Which I can’t really understand but that’s the way I am.
Also fear of putting it all out there and nothing happening, which has happened to me before. Hence the fear.
But that’s the funny thing about fear. It can be a powerful force that keeps us from realizing our full potential. It can stop us from sharing our gifts, our knowledge, and our experiences with the world. It can make us doubt ourselves and our abilities.
I’ve come to realize that fear is just a feeling, and feelings can be managed. It’s okay to have doubts and insecurities; they’re part of being human. The key is not to let them paralyze you.
In the depths of my grief, I found the strength to face my fears and insecurities head-on. I channeled my pain and loss into something positive—my upcoming book on manifestation. It’s a culmination of years of learning, growing, and yes, overcoming fear.
I’ve learned that it’s okay to be an introvert and still put myself out there. It’s okay to fear judgment or ridicule, but it’s not okay to let that fear control my actions. It’s okay to even have a comfort zone and even find security there, but it’s not okay to keep myself small. Even if I may still occasional do it.
So, here I am, sharing my story with you today, even though it’s not all rainbows and sunshine. Life is messy, and sometimes, we need to embrace the mess to find the beauty within it.
I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to let fear hold you back any longer. You have the ability to change your mindset, overcome obstacles, and manifest your dreams. I hope you’ll join me on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
Life can throw unexpected challenges and losses our way, and it’s essential to acknowledge the emotions that come with them. Whether it’s grief, fear, or doubt, allow yourself to feel these emotions without judgment. Feeling these emotions is the first step to healing and moving forward.
Fear can be a powerful force that holds us back from pursuing our goals and sharing our talents. It’s crucial to recognize that fear is just a feeling, and it can be managed. Challenge fear as a limiting belief by questioning its validity. What evidence do you have that your fear will come true? Often, you’ll find that fear is based on unfounded assumptions.
Overcoming fear and embracing life’s messiness is a journey, not an overnight transformation. Take small, manageable steps toward your goals, even if these steps feel outside your comfort zone. By gradually expanding your boundaries, you can build confidence and resilience over time. Remember, it’s the small steps that often lead to significant breakthroughs on the path to manifesting your dreams.
Stay tuned for more posts on manifestation, self-care, and personal growth. Remember, life is short, and we owe it to ourselves to make the most of every moment.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me!

]]>By aligning your life with your mission statement, you create a powerful synergy that propels you towards your authentic self and a purposeful existence. Let’s explore some practical steps to help you live in harmony with your mission statement and experience the transformative impact it can have on your life.
Remember, aligning your life with your mission statement is an ongoing process. It requires self-reflection, intentionality, and a commitment to living authentically. Embrace the journey and be open to growth and transformation along the way.
As you align your life with your mission statement, you’ll discover a newfound sense of purpose, fulfillment, and joy. Your actions will carry greater meaning, and your impact on the world will be profound. Embrace this opportunity to live in harmony with your authentic self and create a life that aligns with your mission.
Crafting a mission statement is like setting the stage for an incredible journey, but the real magic lies in bringing that mission to life in your everyday existence. It’s time to bridge the gap between intention and action, and wholeheartedly embrace the principles and values that resonate deep within you.
By aligning your life with your mission statement, you ignite a powerful synergy that propels you towards your authentic self and a life of purpose. It’s about living in harmony with your deepest desires and aspirations. So, let’s dive into some practical steps that will help you infuse your daily life with the essence of your mission and experience the transformative impact it can have on your journey.
Step 1: Get Clear on Your Mission
First things first, revisit your mission statement and ensure it truly reflects your authentic self and the life you aspire to live. Take the time to fine-tune it, making sure it resonates with your values, passions, and aspirations. This clarity will be your guiding light as you navigate the path towards alignment.
Step 2: Integrate Your Mission Into Daily Life
It’s time to bring your mission off the paper and into the fabric of your daily existence. Infuse it into every aspect of your life, both big and small. From your relationships and career to your hobbies and personal habits, consciously align your choices and actions with the principles outlined in your mission statement. Let it become the guiding force behind your decisions and the compass that directs your path.
Step 3: Cultivate Mindfulness and Reflection
Living in alignment with your mission requires a heightened sense of self-awareness. Practice mindfulness and reflection to regularly check in with yourself. Take moments throughout your day to pause, breathe, and evaluate whether your actions align with your mission. Adjust course when needed and celebrate the small victories that signify progress on your authentic journey.
Step 4: Seek Support and Accountability
No one said you have to embark on this transformative journey alone. Seek out like-minded individuals who are also committed to living authentically. Surround yourself with a supportive network that understands and values your mission. Engage in conversations, share experiences, and hold each other accountable to stay true to your authentic path.
Step 5: Embrace Growth and Adaptability
Living in alignment with your mission is an ongoing process of growth and adaptation. Embrace the changes and challenges that come your way, knowing that they provide valuable opportunities for self-discovery and refinement. Be open to new insights, experiences, and perspectives that align with your evolving authentic self.
Remember, living authentically is a continuous adventure, and each step you take brings you closer to living your best, most fulfilling life. Embrace the journey, my friend, and let the harmony between your mission and your daily life guide you towards a purposeful and authentic existence. The world awaits the unique impact only you can make.

]]>We’ve all been there, captivated by the promise of organization and manifestation, only to find ourselves surrounded by untouched planners, scattered across desks, purses, and countertops.
If this scenario sounds all too familiar, you’re not alone. I, too, fell victim to the allure of countless planners, accumulating an assortment that far exceeded my actual needs. Yet, amidst this sea of unused planners, I stumbled upon a few gems that revolutionized my approach to planning and goal-setting.
Confession time: I have a planner addiction. I often indulged in at least three physical planners and a goal sheet (but let’s not forget my trusty digital planner). Admittedly, I don’t always faithfully jot down every detail. I often relying on my digital calendar or phone reminders.
However, the allure of pen meeting paper, the act of physically writing and visualizing my goals, to-do lists, cherished memories, and manifestations became an irreplaceable ritual.
Planners, in all their tangible glory, evolved into my beloved manifestation tools and personal sanctuaries. They became the anchors that kept me grounded, focused, and motivated. Each goal or project found its dedicated planner, providing a dedicated space for intentions to take shape.
But here’s the twist: My addiction isn’t to planning itself, but rather to the planners as physical objects. It’s a delightful conundrum, really. Unearthing the planners that resonated with me, that sparked joy and ignited my passion for self-improvement, served as the catalyst for transcending my procrastination phase.
As the year draws to a close, I feel compelled to share with you the crème de la crème of planners—the ones that have accompanied me faithfully year after year.
These cherished companions have not only transformed my relationship with time and productivity but have also become an integral part of my journaling practice, coaxing me out of the depths of procrastination.
Within my planner addiction, I’d like to believe that the transformative power of the perfect planner awaits.
Let’s dive in!
Please note: these planners are my own opinion. None of these are affiliate links and I have not been paid anything to give my opinion. As a matter of fact, these companies have no idea I am posting this.
Let me introduce you to my all-time favorite planner, the Living Well Planner. It has been my trusted companion for a remarkable five years, and I’ve already got my hands on the 2023 edition. This planner has truly transformed the way I organize my life and pursue my goals.
One of the standout features of the Living Well Planner is its undated format, allowing you the freedom to start whenever you please. Whether you want to kick off your planning journey in January or dive in at any other time, this planner adapts to your schedule. The blank date spaces ignite your creativity, enabling you to add your own personal touch to each page.
Each month within the Living Well Planner comes with a dedicated section to set monthly goals and explore various areas of personal growth or home improvement. You’ll find space to identify three significant goals, with a special focus on your top priority. This top goal section invites you to delve deep into your aspirations, crafting a motto statement that can serve as a powerful reminder. I often enhance this section with stickers, affirmations, quotes, or meaningful scriptures to infuse an extra dose of inspiration.
Additionally, the planner offers brainstorming sheets, gratitude prompts, and an array of customizable sheets that allow you to tailor the planner to your own preferences. It even includes a budget sheet for tracking monthly expenses—an invaluable tool for keeping your finances in check.
Now, if you take a glimpse at the photo, you’ll notice my little weakness: stickers! I confess, I have a sticker addiction, and this planner provides the perfect canvas for me to unleash my creativity. Admittedly, my stickers tend to wear out from all the love I shower upon them.
Now, let’s dive into the nitty-gritty of the Living Well Planner and explore its fantastic features, along with a casual rundown of the pros and cons that make it a planner worth considering.
Pros:
Cons:
There you have it—some pros and cons to consider. Just remember, these are just my casual observations, and what matters most is finding a planner that suits your style and helps you rock your planning game.
Cultivate What Matters is an extraordinary goal sheet that’s not exactly a traditional planner but offers an incredible framework for tracking and nurturing your aspirations.
For three consecutive years, it became my trusted companion, guiding me towards progress.
Although I took a break from it last year, I’m thrilled to share that the creator now offers 90-day planners as well, taking goal-setting to a whole new level.
Get ready for the lowdown on the pros and cons of Cultivate What Matters—your ultimate goal-setting sidekick that’s got some serious strengths and a few quirks too.
Pros:
Cons:
My relationship with The Freedom Mastery Law of Attraction planner has been a real rollercoaster of love and occasional frustration. I mean, it’s a planner worth swooning over, but let’s be real—I don’t always give it the attention it deserves. It’s like that gorgeous piece of artwork you admire from afar but don’t quite engage with as often as you should.
It used to be my go-to planner, but I took a break from it for a couple of years until I finally caved in during one of their irresistible sales. And you know what? I’m glad I did.
This planner has a special place in my heart.
The weekly sections are a haven for tracking habits and goals, with inspiring quotes and space to jot down ideas and gratitude. Plus, the daily sections are perfect for my gratitude list and goals.
And here’s the kicker—it even has a section for dot journaling. But that’s not all! If you’re into unleashing your creative side, this planner is a dream come true. With ample space for visioning, dot journaling, and posting your dreams, it doubles as a mini journal for all your aspirations.
However, I must admit that my love for this planner has come with a few hiccups, including ordering woes and website glitches during big sales.
Freedom Mastery has got you covered with a whole bunch of planner styles and sizes to choose from, so you can find the one that totally vibes with your planning mojo.
Pros:
Cons:
If you’ve got some serious goals to tackle in the next 90 days, the 90x Planner might just be your new sidekick. While it’s not necessarily my ultimate top pick, it’s definitely a solid choice in the planner game. This company has come a long way since their humble beginnings, offering a variety of new products and even digital planners to cater to different preferences. So, without further ado, let’s dive into the pros and cons of the 90x Planner:
Pros:
Cons:
The Panda Planner, oh boy, it was one of my early planner obsessions. I dove into it with so much enthusiasm, but truth be told, our love story only lasted for six months. It wasn’t a hatefest, but it didn’t quite steal my heart either.
I must admit, it does have some pretty cool sections that caught my attention. You’ve got your daily dose of gratitude with “3 things I’m grateful for,” a pep talk in the form of “today will be great because,” and a sprinkle of affirmations and focus. Plus, you can jot down your wins of the day and areas for self-improvement, along with top priorities, schedule, and tasks. It’s a whole lot of writing crammed into one small notebook, let me tell you that.
In hindsight, I realized that the Panda Planner might excel more at documenting what goes down in your day rather than meticulously planning it out. It could be a neat little companion for manifesting and practicing gratitude by reflecting on how your day went (or, better yet, how you would love for it to unfold). But hey, I’ve got enough planners to keep me entertained this year, so the Panda Planner won’t be stealing the show in my lineup.
Pros:
Cons:
Ah, Dragontree, the planner that once adorned my life in 2019 and still entices me to this day.
It was a beauty, no doubt, with its stunning aesthetics and delightful spaces for vision journaling and getting artsy. The questions it posed for reflection really struck a chord with me.
But alas, despite feeling a certain pull towards it, I held back from hitting that purchase button for another round. It just wasn’t what I needed at the time. Perhaps, if fate aligns and it goes on sale, I might reconsider. After all, it’s a whole lot of self-reflection packed into those pages.
Sometimes, even the most enchanting planners may not align perfectly with your current needs and aspirations. So, keep your eyes and hearts open to new possibilities through the realm of planners.
I’m always in search of the one that sparks my inspiration and meets my planning desires.
Ah, the elusive High Performance Planner, a planner that once stole my heart. But oh, how it has become a rare gem to find these days, and when I do stumble upon it, the price tag can be quite hefty.
Perhaps it’s time for me to reassess my mindset when it comes to how much I’m willing to invest in planners.
I must say, though, when I did manage to snag a fantastic deal for a year’s worth of this planner, it was pure bliss. It became my trusted companion, faithfully guiding my mornings and evenings. It effortlessly replaced all my other planners, serving as an exceptional tool for journaling and generating brilliant ideas. My love for it knew no bounds!
However, as time went on, the High Performance Planner became more elusive and harder to find. It seemed to have taken on a limited edition status, leaving me yearning for its return. The introduction of an app by the creator didn’t quite align with my goals, making it a less suitable option for me.
And now that I’ve broken up with it, I wonder if it would fit my needs. While I cherished the morning and evening reflection it offered, I noticed it was primarily tailored towards high performance and society’s conventional definition of success.
As a newbie to The Tapping Solution Planner by Nick Ortner, I’ve already fallen head over heels for its morning and evening functionalities.
What really makes it stand out is its unwavering emphasis on tapping, making it the perfect sidekick for anyone looking to weave this practice into their daily rituals.
Whether you’re a tapping enthusiast or curious about its potential, this planner has got your back.
Pros:
Cons:
So, when it comes to finding the best planners, I’ve taken quite the journey in search of my perfect match. From the Living Well Planner to the Cultivate What Matters goal sheet, I’ve explored different styles, features, and vibes. Each planner brought its own flair to the table, offering unique pros and cons.
The Freedom Mastery Law of Attraction planner added a touch of creativity to my planning routine, while the Dragontree Planner allowed for deep self-reflection. The 90x Planner proved to be a powerhouse for goal accomplishment, while the Panda Planner’s compact size made it a convenient companion. And let’s not forget the High Performance Planner, which fueled my productivity and journaling endeavors.
I even ventured into the realm of tapping with the EFT Planner by Nick Ortner, discovering a new dimension of self-care and personal growth. And while I had my love-hate moments with some planners, like the Panda Planner and the High Performance Planner, they all contributed to my planner addiction journey.
But my quest for the perfect planner didn’t stop there. I even took matters into my own hands and created my very own planner. It’s a labor of love, tailored to my specific needs and available in digital form for now. The joy of printing it out and using a trusty comb binding machine adds that extra touch of satisfaction.
Now, imagine that moment when you open your ideal planner—the one that speaks to your soul, fuels your dreams, and keeps you organized. Whether it’s for daily activities, manifesting your desires, or jotting down to-do lists and goals, finding that perfect planner is a game-changer.
But hey, my planner addiction knows no bounds, and I’m always on the lookout for more gems to add to my collection.
So, do you have any favorite planner recommendations? Share your planner love, and let’s embark on this journey of organization and inspiration together!

]]>The post 3 Most Important Questions to Ask Yourself appeared first on Manifestation is My Mindset.
]]>Imagine knowing that your daily actions get you a step closer, even if it’s only 1% closer.
1% closer a day adds up to 365% at the end of the year. And if you can only do half of that, that’s still over 150%!
And yet nowadays, our society makes us feel like we should always be doing something, striving to be the best we can be, and possibly making you feel like a failure if you aren’t reaching the goals others tell you that you should have.
I love to learn, and I believe that improving myself is a daily habit. But I also recognize that sometimes, you just need to take a break, live, love, celebrate, and laugh!
So if your goals are actually making you feel less successful than more, it’s time to stop, take a break, and ask yourself some deep, life-changing questions.
I ask myself these questions daily now. And if my actions aren’t aligning with the answer, I simply choose not to take those actions. Sometimes that means saying no to something or someone. Sometimes that means shocking a society who thinks success means all the places you’ve traveled, all the money in your account, and how many social media followers you have.
Vishen, who created MindValley, has a different perspective on the 3 Most Important Questions, and I respect that. His are amazing and important too. But after a lot of work on myself, I learned the 3 most important questions to ask yourself to make sure your actions are in alignment with you, and nobody else.
Do you know what it is you truly want? Sure, you probably have some idea of what needs to get done today. You may even have an idea of what society, parents, friends, or your social circle wants. But do you know what YOU want?
Do you know how you want to feel today? Do you know why you want what you want?
Rita Wilson, in her inspiring TEDx talk, beautifully encapsulates the essence of this introspective journey. She sheds light on the importance of discovering our true desires and pursuing them wholeheartedly, regardless of external pressures. Through her words, she encourages us to connect with our innermost dreams and motivations, finding the courage to forge our own paths.

This question changed my life. Here I was, struggling and working hard to make ends meet and find my dream of writing fiction romance novels, among many other things.
So…many…priorities.
I thought that’s what I wanted more than anything. I thought it would make everything right, and that all the money in the world would help me to finally get to work from home and make all this money and have this dream life. I would never really have to work again because I was doing something I loved!
Doesn’t that sound like a dream come true?
But this question stopped me. And I realized none of that would fulfill me if I wasn’t fulfilled from within. It’s like someone who is looking for a relationship because they believe it will make them whole.
If you aren’t finding your own fulfillment within, no relationship on the planet can help you.
I knew without a doubt where I wanted to be when I’m 80 and who I wanted to be, and even who I wanted to experience it with.
Now that you know what you want and who you want to be when you are 80, you have to ask yourself if your daily actions empower you to reach those goals and aspirations.
If you want to publish a book, your daily actions should be to write every day, but asking myself those very important questions made me realize that was no longer who, what, or where I wanted to be.
And for me, yes sometimes that means binge watching Netflix, because I’m enjoying life and remembering that it doesn’t always have to be a serious accomplishment. I’m spending time with my husband, sometimes even making personal sacrifices for my family, because those actions are important to me for who I ultimately want to be when I’m 80.
Sometimes it means that not having a meal plan is okay. And sometimes that means having a piece of cake is better than okay (although I do realize that too much of that is never a good thing and will definitely not get me to who I want to be when I’m 80!)
I also realize the important daily actions to take, and most of them are simple. Gratitude, love, and focusing on abundance instead of lack are all important and healthy attitudes to get me 1% closer to my goals.
So is exercise, stretching, and meditation, even if I only give myself 5 or 10 minutes.
Most people overestimate what they can do in a day, and underestimate what they can do in a month. We overestimate what we can do in a year, and underestimate what we can accomplish in a decade.
Bill Gates
I’ve also heard it be said that people overestimate what they can do in a year but underestimate what they can do in three years. Which I prefer, because it really puts things in perspective for me.
To truly understand the impact of your daily actions on becoming the person you aspire to be, it’s essential to ask yourself some thought-provoking domino questions.
These questions will help you peel back the layers and gain deeper insights into your journey of self-discovery. So, let’s dive in and explore the domino effect of self-reflection:
Sometimes, our doubts and fears can act as formidable barriers, preventing us from taking the necessary steps towards what we truly want.
Ask yourself: Are your doubts and fears stopping you from moving towards the person you want to be?
Identify the limiting beliefs that may be sabotaging your progress, and challenge them head-on.
Embrace courage and resilience as you dismantle the obstacles that stand in your way.
Our habits shape our lives, often molding us into the person we ultimately become.
Take a moment to reflect: Are your current habits leading you towards your authentic self?
Examine both your positive and negative habits. Determine which ones support your growth and align with your desires, and which ones hinder your progress.
Let go of the habits that no longer serve you, and cultivate new ones that reinforce your journey of self-discovery.
Awareness is the cornerstone of personal growth and authenticity.
Without it, we may find ourselves drifting aimlessly, detached from our true desires.
Ask yourself: Are you truly aware of what you want and who you want to be? Are you conscious of the impact your actions have on your journey?
Cultivate mindfulness and self-reflection as you navigate through life, ensuring that every step you take is aligned with your authentic self.
Remember, these domino questions may unveil further inquiries and revelations along the way.
Sometimes, answering the main question requires addressing the subsidiary ones first. Embrace the process, and let the cascade of self-inquiry guide you towards profound self-discovery.
By asking yourself these domino questions, you gain clarity and insight into the intricate connection between your desires, fears, habits, and actions. Each answer becomes a stepping stone, propelling you forward on your path towards embracing your authentic self.
Keep asking, keep reflecting, and keep unraveling the mysteries that lie within.
The domino effect of self-inquiry will pave the way for transformative growth, helping you become the person you’ve always aspired to be.
As we reach the end of our journey together, let’s reflect on the three most important questions that have the power to transform your life and lead you to the path of authenticity.
By asking yourself these questions every day, you can unleash the true essence of your authentic self and create a life that aligns with your heart’s deepest desires.
Take a moment to connect with your innermost desires. Ask yourself: What do you truly want? Beyond societal expectations and external influences, what ignites a fire within you?
Embrace the power of your dreams and aspirations, for they hold the key to your authentic self. Listen closely to the whispers of your heart, and let your passions guide you towards a life of fulfillment and purpose.
Discovering your authentic self involves defining who you want to be. Ask yourself: Who do you want to be in this world? What qualities and values do you want to embody?
Reflect on the person you aspire to become, and let that vision guide your choices and actions.
Embrace authenticity by aligning your thoughts, words, and deeds with the essence of your true self.
Authenticity goes beyond self-gratification; it extends to the greater good of all.
Ask yourself: How can you serve the greatest good through your actions? How can you contribute to the betterment of the world around you?
When you align your purpose with the well-being of others, your authentic self thrives, and the ripple effects of your actions create positive change in the lives of those you touch.
These questions were life-changing for me, as they revealed the misalignment between my actions and my true desires.
I realized that I had been expending energy on activities that didn’t serve my authentic self or contribute to my ultimate goals. It was a transformative realization that propelled me to make conscious choices and prioritize what truly matters.
In a society that often discourages self-focus and prioritization, remember that embracing what you want and who you want to be is not an act of selfishness. It’s an act of self-honoring and self-empowerment. By living in alignment with your authentic self, you radiate your unique light, inspiring others to do the same.
Imagine a world where each of us lives the purpose of our heart’s desire, where authenticity flourishes, and where the collective good is elevated. Let us strive together to create that reality—a reality where the pursuit of our authentic selves contributes to the greatest good of all.
So, my fellow soul-seekers, embrace the power of these life-changing questions. Let them guide you on a path of self-discovery, purpose, and authenticity. Unleash your authentic self every day, and witness the transformation that unfolds within and around you.

]]>I am a manifestation genius.
And let me tell you why that is so.
My life was okay. I was grateful for everything, or at least I tried to be.
But every single day, I was miserable working in a toxic job that truly felt like it was stealing my soul. And for years, I put my heart and soul into what I really thought I wanted, which was a publishing career in fiction romance.
And every day, I continued focusing on the lack, the doubt, and why in the world things just weren’t working out for me.
My home seemed to be falling apart around me. There was always so much work to be done! And yet here I was trying to manifest a new one!
Life was a struggle.
Nothing seemed to work out for me.
I read all the books. I knew I needed to start focusing on abundance and stop focusing on lack, but no matter how hard I tried to start my day off with a positive attitude, I would walk into the door at my toxic job and be bombarded with negativity.
You see, I worked in prosecution. How in the world could I believe in manifestation when the world was falling apart literally around me? We prosecuted abuse, murder, drug and alcohol addiction. We handled victims of violent crimes, and sometimes the prosecutors seemed worse than the criminals.
If you have a positive frame of mind, you can manifest positive things in your life.

I stopped writing. I stopped creating. I stopped dreaming.
It took its toll on me. Then my grandmother died, and I “inherited” her manifestation journal. My life literally changed, but it wasn’t an overnight jump.
I sought out courses such as Manifestation Babe, Marisa Peer, and Mandy Morris, to name a few. I had followed Gabby Bernstein for years and took her 21-day manifestation course almost yearly. I occasionally received signs.
But none of those were enough. I still struggled. I still doubted every single step in my journey. I struggled with trusting in myself, even though I always felt I had a good relationship with God. But then I questioned any of this, because what if all of this meant I was being led astray? That’s what most of my family members would say.
Nurture your mind with great thoughts, for you will never go any higher than you think.
Benjamin Disraeli
And I also realized I had been blocking some intuitive gifts within me.
I was already meditating, but I started doing more meditation. I started doing breathwork in addition to my meditation. Then I learned all about hypnotherapy and got interested in certified coaching. I decided to get certified in Reiki, and looked into sound healing.
And in the mix of all that, I manifested a career change. I recognized my intuition. I unblocked some serious chakra blockages. And I released a lot of trauma, even trauma that was never mine to begin with.
Now, the new job may not have been everything I wanted, and it actually paid less money, but it was a step in the right direction, and one I desperately needed to get my head on straight.
I had always wanted to blog about my love of personal development, and I won’t mention how many websites I purchased thinking this is the one. And how many times I tried to get started.
And how many times I failed.
Failed shining my light? Check. Failed in recognizing my strengths? Check. Failed in self-love? Check.
So you see, I manifested failure in all directions of my life. Until I changed my focus, my mindset, and my self-talk.
And now I am here to share my journey of transformation. You read more about me on my ABOUT page, and keep in touch with me here.
Change sustained long enough will be transformation.
